The missing ninth digit of the U.S. extended ZIP code should be easy to spot, as should the missing area code for the phone number and the comma that replaced the period in the e-mail address. (They were obvious, right?) But there's a more important substantive error.

Since this is a Web page, many people interested in contacting the company will be phoning from outside the United States. Wouldn't it be nice if the good folks at Online News had provided information on the time zone of their office, such as "North American eastern standard time", so that callers from outside Cyber City would know when to call?

A good editor understands that the context for writing is as important as the niceties of grammar and punctuation, and verifies that your writing communicates successfully in that context.
